I am a writer and content manager based in Los Angeles, CA. With a preservationist lens, I enjoy writing about my city and the diasporic movements of the 20th century that have made it one of the most culturally diverse areas in California.

I have contributed to Teen Vogue, Vulture, L.A. Taco, Eater, Prism Reports, Vice, Cultured Magazine, Dirt, National Geographic, and many more. Most recently, I wrote a reported essay on Koreatown’s oldest mall, Koreatown Plaza, for Sci-ARC (Coming early 2025); published essays in photographer Emanuel Hahn’s photobook Koreatown Dreaming; and worked as a food scout for Netflix’s Street Food: USA series.

I love birding, poetry, and the current pizza renaissance in L.A.
